Install ice maker box in kitchen. Customer had leak in wall behind ice maker box(poly). Installed new in cpvc and strapped within 6 foot. Customer is responsible for drywall.
Small leak on pex plumbing system do to friction against clamp
Disposal leaking from unit needs replaced, provided options, customer approved new 1/2 h disposal
Master bathroom line was clogged Located clean out and attempted to clean upstream The line is cast iron and has several visible cracks and scale build up Tech had to drop water from roof vent as the build up would not allow for cable to go up wyes from clean out Strongly suggest replacement of piping
To install ice maker box behind fridge, eliminate old ice maker line, fix water leak under sink. And test lines.
Customer wants to replace shut off valve under kitchen sink, noticed by Jim during nerd pass inspection. Customer approved repair, completed, tested, and collected
Replace the 80 gallons water heater in the garage kitchen faucet, 2 angle stops
Hose bib replacement on 3 hose. And diagnostic on laundry box

Arrived on site with customer explaining they try to use an auger and did not work thinking they could not reach the clog pass the toilet also tried to plunge and water was coming from bottom of toilet Tech to use auger with extension Auger toilet several times and first time pulled back toilet paper and feces augured the next couple of times with extension to ensure there is nothing in the main sewer line Performed 2 5gallon flushes for the toilet and is draining with no issues During testing noticed water coming from bottom of toilet recommending to pull/reset toilet At this time customer declined 24 hour warranty on guest toilet clog per Danny
***Special*** Arrived on site with customer explaining been here two months and unsure if the septic tank was pumped All toilets are draining slowly and there is water in the master shower Open clean out water is filled up to the top with poop and toilet paper Attempted to clear line and was unsuccessful Septic tank needs to be pumped Customer will follow up with a septic company and will call us back if any other issues persist 1 month warranty per Danny
Re-plumbed cold side of hot water heater, installed new pressure relief valve and 3/4†brass ball valve, no leaks present at this time
Minor toilet rebuild in downstairs Removed and disposed of old toilet parts. installed new fill valve, supply line, toilet handle and blue flapper. Filled tank with water and flushed several times. No leaks occurred at this time.
Tech to install new Removed existing garbage disposal jammed and disc collapsed clogging the right side of the sink and dishwasher Installed new half horsepower garbage disposal and tested At this time there are no leaks on the garbage disposal side and is working with no issues At this time there are no kitchen line clog Two year warranty on garbage disposal and labor as long as nerd pass is held consistently Later down call customer accepted nerd pass Minor diagnostic fee was waived Minor diagnostic results: Both toilets are in a need for minor rebuild and master toilet needs a new angle stop to stop noise Guest bathroom needs a new pop up assembly Left side of kitchen sink needs a new basket strainer
Reset toilet in master. Installed new wax ring and new brass closet bolts. Fill tank with water and flushed several times and no leaks occurred at this time. Caulked toilet base with white caulk and advised customer to not sit on toilet for 24 hours.
